Amigos — con — SUYO CHEF COLLAB SERIES

Chef Ricardo Valverde and the team at SUYO are thrilled to announce their new chef collaboration dinner series “SUYO con Amigos.”

Four times this year, Chef Ricardo will be welcoming amigos from the Vancouver culinary community into the SUYO kitchen to offer up a one-of-a-kind, one-night-only dining experience to guests. This year’s line-up includes Chefs from celebrated local restaurants Bar Haifa, Elisa, Wildlight, and Masayoshi.

The “SUYO con Amigos” chef collab dinner series continues at SUYO Modern Peruvian this June, as Chef Ricardo welcomes — for one-night-only — Chef Ivy Yang of the acclaimed, MICHELIN-recommended Vancouver steakhouse Elisa. Fusing modern Peruvian cuisine and elevated reimagined steakhouse cuisine, this is sure to a be a culinary night to remember.
