SUYO Modern Peruvian is opening up its doors for a rare Sunday afternoon lunch service on Sunday, July 28, 2024 to mark Peruvian Independence Day (“Fiestas Patrias Peruanas”).

A “Pollada” is a traditional Peruvian chicken dish and is one of the most popular dishes in traditional Peruvian cuisine. Often served up for community gatherings, family get-togethers and fundraisers, Pollada’s have a direct connection to the idea of bringing people together. Chef Ricardo and the SUYO team invite you to come together for this family-style lunch to celebrate Peruvian independence and cuisine.

Chef Ricardo will be putting his modern, elevated spin on SUYO’s pollada lunch, much like his approach to the entire menu. Lunch will be served family style, with multiple Pisco Sours and additional add-ons available for purchase.
